Hjälmare canal is very beautiful and varied, 14 km long and has 9 hand-drawn locks that lift a full 21 meters between Lake Mälaren and Hjälmaren. Experience beautiful agricultural landscape, small lakes and the magical Bergskanalen which is cut into the primeval forest. Listen to the Captain's guide about sights and the canal's history.
